Eskom is offering two Graduate in Training positions within the Environmental Management Department under the Office of the GE. The programme provides institutionalised and on-the-job training, giving graduates practical exposure to environmental management practices within the energy sector. Graduates will develop professional, leadership, and technical skills while applying their academic knowledge to support Eskom’s environmental and sustainability objectives. The role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in institutionalised and on-the-job training in environmental management
• Apply academic knowledge to practical projects and departmental tasks
• Develop professional, technical, and interpersonal skills to support Eskom’s environmental initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and customer focus

Qualifications

• Fully completed B Degree in Environmental Management
• Must be a South African citizen
• No prior work experience required – suitable for recent graduates
• Key competencies include leadership, teamwork, communication, negotiation, liaising skills, and a proactive, energetic, self-starting attitude
